Clarity Media were contracted to run the AV for our annual conference of over 300 people in a hybrid format. I have worked in the industry for many years and Sam and Chris immediately struck me as true professionals. During the budget and quote stage they gave excellent recommendations and worked to fully understand the format of our event to enable them to perform to the highest standard. Our company has strict filming rules / angles / areas etc for this type of event, Clarity team followed them perfectly without issue to help keep us compliant. During the event they went above and beyond to make our event a success. All of our key stake holders were extremely impressed with the professionalism and smooth way in which things ran. And whats more Chris and Sam are lovely, personable, approachable, genuine people. Clarity Media covered the live-streaming of my husband's funeral in a church without any technology.  The quality of the filming was superb, the links shared in good time, and the parish priest was most impressed with their professionalism and empathy - which don't necessarily go hand in hand. Clarity Media were very accommodating throughout the whole process from providing us with several options before the service to suit our needs and discreetly managing all aspects of the livestream on the day. They even brought along their own satellite communication kit just in case the internet connection was not fast enough in the small village were the Memorial Service took place.

Afterwards they stored the event on their Vimeo channel so that we could all replay at our leisure.

I'd like to thank them so much for so thoughtfully and professionally taking care of all the aspects of the livestream on the day so that we could focus entirely on the Memorial Service itself.

Thank you so much to Sam and Chris at Clarity Media for supporting our family to live stream my father’s funeral mass. Thanks to you, Dad’s friends and family members who live a long distance or overseas were able to join us to help celebrate his life. The lasting memory of these final moments were also very precious to us and it is great to have these captured, especially as the day itself was very overwhelming.
