Our Seamless Filming Process: From Booking to Final Delivery

Before

  • Contact us to confirm our availability for your event
  • Discuss filming options with our experts
  • Secure your booking with a £100 deposit
  • Packages can be finalised at a later date

During

  • We will arrive one hour before the show to set up our equipment
  • With Golden Encore & Platinum Premiere, we will utilise a sound desk feed for optimal audio quality if possible
  • We request a central position at the rear of the theatre to film from
  • We film your event with either 1, 2 or 3 cameras

After

  • Our team begins editing the footage
  • Soon after the show, we provide a preview of the edited film for your review and approval
  • Upon approval, the remaining balance is due
  • Once payment is received, we promptly deliver the finalised media
